Transparency on the Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Groow platform integrates third-party artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to provide automated services that support users’ business activities.

  1. Origin of the Artificial Intelligence

Groow does not develop a proprietary AI model but integrates with generative AI systems provided by external vendors, including:

  • OpenAI – ChatGPT (generative language models)
  • Other operational and text automation tools.

  1. Operation Mode

AI-generated content is automatically processed based on:

  • User inputs (e.g., text, business data, documents);
  • Publicly accessible sources (e.g., company website);
  • Internal company knowledge base uploaded by the user.

  1. Automated Nature of the Content

Messages generated by AI agents are not written by humans. The user acknowledges that:

  • Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated content;
  • AI output does not replace professional or legal advice;
  • It is the user’s responsibility to assess the suitability of the output before use.

  1. Supervision and Autonomy

AI agents may operate with different levels of autonomy, from reactive assistants to partially automated operators.
The user retains final control and is required to verify any relevant operation before it has external effects (e.g., sending emails, generating contracts, acting on third parties).

  1. Personalization and Targeting (if active)

When technically available, the system may personalize the output based on the company profile or past interaction.
The user may request the activation, deactivation or review of the personalization criteria through their account or customer support.

  1. Limitations and Responsibilities

Webidoo does not guarantee that AI content is accurate, original, or free from legal risks. The user agrees not to use AI:

  • for illegal or misleading purposes;
  • in high-risk domains (e.g., healthcare, justice, human resources) without prior legal assessment.
